PAYMENT POLICY

Placing an order

Making your purchase simple and straight forward!

  • To review what is available to purchase simply browse the online product catalog.
  • When you have arrived at the item you wish to order, click on "Add To Cart" and then decide your requested quantity.
  • When your order contains the items quantities you wish to purchase, please login to continue the next step or register if it is your first time to make purchase online. You will then be asked to provide us with your shipping and payment (Credit Card) information.
  • Once you have paid via credit card your order will be processed online immediately.
  • Once your credit card details are verified by Global Payments, we can pack your order and deliver it to you. This transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to FINESSENCE HK LIMITED.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and you cannot order any item marked as out of stock.

  • Plantes & Parfums Provence Online Boutique is set up to take immediate orders online via credit card (MasterCard™, Visa™ and American Express™). This transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to Plantes & Parfums Provence.
  • All prices on this website are processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$).
  • All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect at time the payment is confirmed.

Fraud Protection

In order to protect you as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity, Plantes & Parfums Provence screen all orders and reserves the right to withhold or refuse processing any orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. Plantes & Parfums Provence may request a copy of your credit card statement via email to verify your payment. Plantes & Parfums Provence also reserves the right to disable any member accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses in case of suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

  

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer the following delivery services:

  • Standard Delivery Service (Hong Kong, SAR of China)
  • Standard Delivery Service (International)

Standard Delivery Service (Hong Kong & Macau, SAR of China)

  • FREE SHIPPING upon net purchase of HK$500 or above.
  • S.F. Stores and SF Locker are acceptable.*
  • Post Box and hotel address are not accepted. 
  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address.

Standard Delivery Service (International)

  • FREE SHIPPING with every order over net HK$3000 (after discount).
  • HK$500 delivery fee will be charged for order below HK$3000 (after discount).

 Shipping days and schedules

  • The shipment will be ready and arrived at the shipping address in 3-5 business days in Hong Kong upon confirmation of payment. Delivery time will be available from Monday to Friday (9a.m.-5p.m.). This might vary depending on stock availability.
  • The shipment will be ready and sent within 48 hours. The arrival time is vary depending on the location.

All claims for shortages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. You may email to info@plantesetparfums.hk or contact Plantes & Parfums Provence Customer Service Hotlines at +852 2110 5618 if necessary.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept your products purchased at Plantes & Parfums Provence Online Boutique for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt (based on the delivery record) if you have the following situations:

  •  Any products that is damaged in the delivery process;
  •  Any products that is not your purchased item or missing;
  •  Any products that is expired when received;

Plantes & Parfums Provence will arrange the refund or exchange and responsible for the shipping fee of product return according to the above situations.

Plantes & Parfums Provence offers exchange if you feel allergy with the products purchased in Plantes & Parfums Provence  Online Boutique if you can provide the following proves:

  • A medical report from the Grade 2 or above demological hospital must be provided
  • The date of the medical report should be within 3-month of receipt (based on the delivery record)
  • The result must be proven that the effect is caused by using the product in the medical report.

Plantes & Parfums Provence will arrange the refund or exchange and responsible for the shipping fee of product return according to the above situations.

  • All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by original Receipt and an exchanged reference number.
  • No return nor exchange if any products that are gifts, or has been opened or used, is not in its original conditions, is damaged, or its missing parts.
  • Each item can only be exchanged once.
  • To return any items, please contact Customer Service on +852 2110 5618 or by email info@plantesetparfums.hk from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
  • Please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is completed.
  • When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to Plantes & Parfums Provence, Plantes & Parfums Provence issue a refund by reducing the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee.
  • Plantes & Parfums Provence can re-ship orders that are returned as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for resend shipping fee based on the original shipping method used for your purchase.
  • Plantes & Parfums Provence is not responsible for damage after delivery.
  • All claims for shortages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
  • Plantes & Parfums Provence reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
